White's Chapel Festival

Our church had its annual children's Christmas Festival the first week of December.  The weather cooperated and the girls had a blast.

I had to rush off to the restroom for Caroline and we returned to find Nonnie on this ride with Abby.
Caroline wanted to skip that ride and had some fun on the bounce houses.
They went down the snow hill many times and this nice boy carried their tubes up every time.

At the end, they went to the front to see Baby Jesus.
We wrapped up the night with carnival games.

Thanksgiving

We were in Spring Thanksgiving Day to celebrate with the Anderson side of the family.

I had fun snapping pics in these funny hats and out by the little lake.

Abby, Caroline and Carter had a grand time at the playground, . . .

  . . .playing firefighter, . . .
 . . .shooting guns at Gander Mountain and . . .
 . . . having movie time.

While Carter napped, the girls had a tea party with GiGi and  . . .

. . . got out the washboard for some Little House on the Prairie pretend.

The fireplace screen was their drying line.
The Saturday after Thanksgiving, the Matkin side of the family came over to our house.  The girls love to host and were great helpers.

 The Second Cousins

Every single family member was able to come.  Considering we have 25 in all, this is amazing!

The Thompson Cousins jumped in the kitchen and did the dishes!

Thanksgiving week was busy and we had a great time with family.  We are in full Christmas mode now!
