We took Abby and Caroline to the Gaylord Texan for the invitation pictures. I wanted a setting with lots of plants, etc . . The little birthday girl to be did not cooperate with her hat. We will have to try again another time. Here she is trying to climb the fence and saw Varsity's horns off. We had a great time walking around. She loved the miniature trains.

Cutest Little Sailors
I couldn't resist taking some pics of my two little sailors last week at church. Abby was distracted and we couldn't get one of her looking at the camera. Bummer. We have gotten the church routine down with our newest addition to the family. Abby is doing great in the nursery. No more tears. Brent and I take turns in the cry room with Caroline so one of us gets to hear the sermon without baby noise every other week.
A Big Time!
Our first stop Labor Day weekend was Spring. Abby had all sorts of fun at GiGi and PawPaw's. She rode this frog at the park like a maniac. I had to drag her away. She drove PawPaw's boat (in the driveway).
We went to the mall to get pictures made of Caroline and Abby, but Abby would not have anything to do with it. We did get some great shots of Caroline. Abby did all of the following instead. We rode the carousel.
Beach Babies
Caroline had her first big car trip Labor Day weekend. First, we went to Spring and stayed with GiGi and PawPaw and then we went down to Bay City to see Momo. We managed to get in a morning at the beach. I think the sound of the waves put Caroline to sleep.Abby enjoys her drumstick. Fried chicken is one of her new favorites!

A Big Week
We had a big week at the Anderson house! Abby had her first day of school today. She goes two days a week from 9 to 2 at our church. Here is a picture of her getting ready to leave this morning. We have quite a lot to take each day as she eats lunch and naps there. Of course, Elmo gets to tag along. Abby's teacher said she had a super first day. "I don't know if I can carry all of this myself."
