Shopping at North Park

Abby took her first trip to North Park Mall a few weeks ago. Nonnie and I thought it would be fun to introduce her to our favorite place to shop.

Before hitting the stores, Abby and I met Aunt Kristin and Thomas for breakfast at Corner Bakery. I waited too long to get a picture with Thomas while he was awake. What a sweet boy to nap so his mommy could shop!

Abby and Chloe

Chloe and Abby are becoming better friends. Abby wants to grab and pet Chloe so bad. She smiles at Chloe when she walks through the room. We let them play on a blanket in GiGi and PawPaw's backyard last weekend.

I love this face Abby makes. It's like she is deciding if it is a good idea to do something.

Jewelry Raid

Momo came to visit us two weeks ago and Abby loved playing with her jewelry! She is all girl. She liked to look at it

and chew on it!

More Carrots, Please!

Abby cannot get enough of her carrots. She is ready for the next bite before you can get the spoon back into the container for more.

Green beans are not as popular. We get lots of grimaces when she eats them.

Abby Loves . . .

Abby loves to chew on her toes, examine her toes,

watch Elmo,

chew on her starfish,

and play in her exersaucer. She is a busy little bee when she is in this contraption!

The Cupcake also likes to sit in her highchair and play while we eat at the table.

She especially loves my measuring spoons. After she chews on them for a little while, she throws them down at Chloe.

Her monkey tail is also a favorite. What will she put in her mouth next?

Happy Easter!

Abby had a fun first Easter! Today she got all dressed up and went to the Easter church service.

This morning Abby had fun with the goodies the Easter Bunny left. I guess the Easter Bunny knew how much she loves our TV remote because he brought one just for her. It is quite fancy!

Yesterday Abby went to the park and had her picture taken with the Easter Bunny! I think we had more fun than she did. However, she did not mind sitting on his lap one bit! I think there were too many grandparents trying to get a smile for her to notice who was holding her.

Spring Has Arrived . . .

At least we thought it had! I got Abby's spring clothes all ready and cold fronts keep blowing in. She is dressed in a hat and furry boots one day and the next day she is barefoot.
