Pumpkin Patch

Yikes! I have never been so far behind on our blog! Time flies when you're having fun!  Back in early October,  I took the girls to a  pumpkin patch.   It had just opened so the patch was ours for the taking. I don't think most people were in Halloween mode yet.

It is funny to me that these little rides give them such a thrill.

We couldn't leave without a whirl in the bounce house, but we did leave without a pumpkin!  I couldn't bear to pay $12 for a dinky pumpkin.  We stopped at Walmart on the way home and got two big ones for $8.

Aggieland 2013

A few weekends ago, we had our annual tailgate in Aggieland.  The girls loved seeing all their Aggie friends.
Friday night, we ate at a pizza place on Northgate and hung out around the MSC.
Ashley is a member of the MSC Town Hall and was the MC for a Battle of the Bands.  The girls liked seeing her up on stage.
We saw the real Reveille Friday night, but couldn't get a pic with her because she was headed to a dinner.  This gigantic stuffed version had to fill in for her.
The girls danced and danced to the bands at Ashley's show.
Saturday, it was reunion time!  We had our biggest crowd ever.  There is no feeling like being in College Station with my 4 best friends.  Takes me back!

 Paige brought tattoos for everyone!

The Grilling Crew-Thanks Mom, Dad and Uncle Tommy!
Brent had so many Corps buddies there, but this was the only pic I got with a couple of them.

The girls are officially brainwashed.  I don't think we could ever go down there and not take them with us.  They love it so much!  Every Saturday Caroline says, "Do I need to wear my Aggie dress?  Is Johnny going to play?"

A Cousin Fix

The first weekend in October, we went to Spring to visit GiGi, PawPaw, Aunt Haley and Carter.  The girls have so much fun entertaining their little cousin.

The weather didn't cooperate with our plans to visit a pumpkin patch.  Instead, we made a trip to the mall.  GiGi had her big bag of quarters for the rides.

We got in a trip to the park before the rain started.

Lots of towers were built . . .
  . . .and knocked down!

 They couldn't pop enough bubbles.

It was a fun weekend of play!
