Caroline is ready to rodeo! Nonnie and Pops went to western stores all over the metroplex to get these matching outfits in the right sizes. They were all decked out.
We saw Aunt Haley at the food pavilion.
The girls were all smiles as we made our way to the entrance. It was a long walk.
Abby wanted to walk so she had to wear her Elmo harness because it was so crowded.
It is getting harder and harder to get these girls to look at the camera at the same time.
Abby peeps over the fence to get a look at the sheep.
Caroline's eyes got very red and swollen after looking at the animals for about ten minutes. We rushed out of there and they got better after awhile. She is allergic to something. Maybe the cows???
So, while Caroline took a nap in the shade with GiGi and PawPaw, Brent and I took Abby to a Day on the Farm.
It was a cute, educational walk through of a day on the farm. I was proud A&M sponsored it. Abby fed chickens in the hen house and collected an egg.
She gathered corn,
planted a carrot seed,
picked peaches on an orchard,
and watched Daddy milk a cow. She was too scared.
After checking out the livestock show and displays, Gi Gi and PawPaw took the girls home and Brent and I met up with Ruth and Tommy to see the rodeo and Brad Paisley. It was a fun night! I was spoiled this month getting to see Ruth twice. Two weeks ago GiGi and PawPaw came to Trophy Club and babysat overnight. I took a roadtrip to have a girl's night in Austin. Thanks GiGi and PawPaw!

My girls!! I don't remember going to the Houston rodeo with y'all, but I feel like I have. Maybe I went with Ruth???, And talked about it yearly with Kristin? Whatever...I am reminiscing! I love y'all!
