My goal last week was to do a fun "big girl" activity with Abby every day during Caroline's morning nap, which is pretty short(about 30 to 45 min). When she went down, I would rush to set up what we needed and get Abby started. She enjoyed the one on one time. It is hard right now to do "big girl" things with Abby while Caroline is awake and getting into everything.
Abby made mini pizzas. She is very focused and serious when making anything.
Abby sneaks some cheese. Caroline woke up at the end of our cooking session and wanted in on the action. It won't be long until she is a big girl and I can't wait!
We played a game one day. This is Abby's first success at playing a board game. We actually followed the rules and made it through until she won. Was there any doubt who would win?
In Deep Thought
This was the most fun activity. We dyed Easter Eggs. She is smelling the vinegar in this pic.
We dyed some the old fashion way.
We also used a fun painting kit for some.
She did not like getting it on her hands. I did the messy job.
She was very proud of her finished products.
