Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day finally came!  We had waited for it since the day after Christmas.  The girls saved these Hello Kitty outfits for the big party at school.  Abby layed them out the night before and was dressed and ready to go by 7:30am!  Here they are ready to party at school.
Parents were invited to the 4's parties, but Caroline's class kept it simple and requested we not come.  I was a little bummed about that and I can't wait to be at all her parties next year!

We had our annual Anderson indoor spaghetti picnic Thursday night.  I am thankful every year that one of my first grade students gave me this idea.  It was a tradition I was ready to start before I was even pregnant with Abby.  Although really simple, the girls think it is so neat.

Caroline is obsessed with Peter Pan and wants to be Wendy every chance she gets.  So, that means she runs in the house every time we arrive home and puts on her nightgown.  Abby is in her nightgown just because she likes to be comfy.
Wendy is cracking Peter up here.  Yes, that's right, Brent is Peter.  If Abby or I call him Daddy or Brent, she yells at us saying, "No, call him Peter!"
Abby brought home Brown Bear from school last Thursday.  He went on "adventures" with us and then Abby and I wrote about them in a class journal.  Of course, we took lots of pictures of Brown Bear on all these adventures.

Daddy and I gave the girls ball hoppers for Valentine's Day.
