Halloween

Caroline was a monkey for her first Halloween and Abby was a safari girl. We got this idea because Abby has a safari hat that she has worn for months when she plays safari with Nonnie and Pops. Abby has surprises for us all the time. On Halloween, her surprise was that she was not going to wear this hat that she has loved since this summer. Here are some pics of our little monkey. Abby would not pose before the festivities began. Before trick or treating, we went to a Trophy Club playgroup party at our neighborhood park. Caroline changed into her Halloween outfit, as it was warm. Here she is with her friend, Charlie. He is in our playgroup.Safari Girl chows down on a hotdog bun.Trick or Treating

The monkey snoozes. It was a big night for her.

Daddy took Abby up to a few houses. She was pretty shy, but wanted to participate.

Our spirited little toddler was not going to wear her hat, but we got her to by telling her if she wanted to get some treats, she had to wear the whole costume. It worked!

Checking out her stash.
