Wow! The smiles in these pictures show how much fun we all had on the rides at Disneyland. We all picked Small World as our favorite. The girls especially loved it! We bought them books and CDs with the music, which they listen to at home in their room every day. They sit all their stuffed animals beside their little beds pretending they are the children from different countries in the ride. Then they turn on the music and pretend the beds are their boats floating through the ride.
I don't think we waited in a line longer than 15 minutes and truly thought every ride was worth experiencing. We rode many several times. I think a big part of the enjoyment was watching the girls react and seeing their faces light up with excitement for every new attraction.
Train Ride Around the Park
Finding Nemo Submarine Ride
This ride was very relaxing and our tour guide pointed out all the little villages and settings from different stories. We saw the houses of the Three Little Pigs, Cinderella's carriage, Sleeping Beauty's castle and many other sites I can't remember. But, if you ask Abby, I'm sure she can rattle some off for you.
Between my brother and me, I have about 700 pics to weed through. So . . I have grouped the pics, but they are not in order. That would take weeks! Now I am skipping over to the California Adventure Park, which is right next to Disneyland. We rode a lot of cute rides in Bug's Life.
Bumper Cars
Spinning in the Ladybug
Little Bubba and Nonnie were our partners for the rides that went around and around. Daddy and Pops are not fans of those.
Hot Air Balloons
This was actually our very first ride on the first day. We thought we'd start off with a bang for Wendy.
Flying in Dumbo
A Spin in the Teacups
Riding Dumbo's Circus Train
California Adventure -Roger Rabbit's Crazy Ride
Cars Land
Waving to Ariel
Monster's Inc Ride
Triton's Carousel
Disneyland- The Jungle Cruise
Mary Poppin's Carousel-Caroline was asleep in the stroller.
Ryan, Brent and Dad went on their own a few times and during our afternoon rest times at the hotel. They had a lot of fun riding some rollercoasters and one night Brent and Ryan rode the Cars ride. This is a pic of the canyon their race car went through. We also rode a few rides that wouldn't allow pics, such as Pirates of the Caribbean. Stay tuned for pics of Toon Town, parades, fireworks, and our dinner with the princesses!
