Aggieland

Abby and Caroline were beyond excited last Friday to get checked out of school early.  We were heading to College Station for our annual tailgate.
We were met by the bell hop at our hotel.

Checking Out Our Spot Friday Evening- Little Bubba, Nonnie, Pops and Uncle Tommy got there early Friday to claim our territory.
We ate out Mexican food Friday night.  The girls had fun picking out icecream treats.

Saturday morning Abby and Caroline made multiple trips to the lobby with Pops.  They had fun eating breakfast in their room.

Our game wasn't until 8:15pm, which worked out because it rained until early afternoon.
We did some shopping at Aggieland Outfitters and HEB.

Around 2, we got the tailgate going!  Betsy was a welcome addition to our kids corner.
Pops had a visit from a board member in crazy pants.

Some neighbors shared their hay and Caroline helped arrange it on the muddy spots.  A little while later, Big Bubba showed up with lots of wood chips and our mud problem was solved.
 Momo made it this year!

Caroline dozed off on our walk to the MSC and took almost a two hour nap.

Abby and I played a competitive game of beanbag toss.

We had a very close seat and Brent got excited.  As soon as the band passed, he jumped up with Pops and grabbed the girls.  They walked the rest of the way behind the band.

The girls got silly trying to get a good pic with Nonnie.

This kind man offered Momo a ride on his golf cart and the girls and I got to hop on too.  Momo said, "I guess being old gets you places sometimes."

Darkness and tired girls equaled time to head to the hotel.  We were glad to go back at the end of the first quarter and watch the game on TV.  Although the Aggies lost, we had a fabulous time with friends and family!
