Waiting with Ms. Linda to Take the Stage
Her teacher told a little bit about each child as they stood front and center. She said Caroline wants to be a dancer when she grows up, loves to play with her sister, Abby, and her favorite food is fruit.Brent was at the ceremony, but had to sneak out a bit early. We got pics with him beforehand, but they were not on the memory card and seem to be lost. If we recover these, I will post them later.
Four Generations
Caroline has really enjoyed her friends this year. She is always telling me, "we are not just friends, we make a team! We work together!"
Caroline is so proud of her new Bible she received from Chapel Hill on Graduation Day.
She carries it all around the house and finds unique spots to stop and read.Caroline keeps it in her "treasure box." Next year. we are so excited she will get to attend Chapel Hill one more year in the Transitional Kindergarten class. This is for kids with summer birthdays and she is elated to be with her little "team" of friends one more year.
Today, we celebrated our Kindergarten Graduate!
We got to the school super early to get seats.
Walking Up on StageThey performed some songs at the conclusion of the ceremony.
Abby was very proud of her tassel.
One Last Pic with Mr. Francis - First Grade, here we come!
Both girls had parties after graduation. Caroline's was rescheduled for the following week due to rain. They had a blast!
Abby's school had a splash party on the playground. Caroline joined in the fun.
Abby and GiGi have had a great time in class together this year! The celebrations were special and fun, but we are more than ready for summer!
